Every session of the school begins with excitement, dreams, planning and hopes of taking the world in our stride. One of the fundamental requirements of an equitable classroom is, for a teacher, to approach every single child with complete and unconditional acceptance, a simple enough idea, and one that is quite possible to practice. LIPS has started mindful experiments with an intent to change and challenge its existing practices, leading to innovation and evolution of the schooling process. I truly believe that each one of us as educators has the power to make a difference in what we do.
